This new program allows eligible patients to receive their first dose of long-acting injectable PrEP on the same day as their initial consultation—eliminating delays and expanding access to protection.

Unlike daily oral PrEP, injectable PrEP offers a discreet, long-acting option that has been proven to enhance adherence—especially for those who face challenges with taking a pill every day. Through the Test and Inject: Rapid Protect initiative, CAN Community Health has streamlined the entire process—from consultation and lab work to insurance coordination and medication delivery—ensuring patients can begin prevention treatment without unnecessary barriers.

The same-day injectable PrEP program is now available at CAN Community Health locations across Arizona, Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
